- Added a new group for playcanvas in renovate.json with a pin strategy and monthly schedule. - Updated playcanvas peer dependency version in package.json to use a tilde range for better compatibility.
- Streamlined the extends and packageRules in renovate.json for clarity. - Changed matchPackagePatterns to matchPackageNames for the playcanvas group. - Updated playcanvas group to include major and minor update types with appropriate labels.

PlayCanvas engine can introduce breaking changes in minor updates. This PR locks the dependancy to the patch range which makes things safer at the cost of new features
Also separates PlayCanvas out in renovate.json as a separate dependancy.
